Every garage door in Las Vegas takes a beating. The sun bakes the springs, the wind kicks grit into the tracks, and the heat ages rollers faster than anywhere else we’ve worked. Our crew knows this because we live it, too. These aren’t technicians reading from a corporate script. They’re people who drive the same streets, park in the same sun, and understand exactly what a stuck door means on a 110-degree afternoon. Here’s who shows up when you call Bramwell Garage Doors Las Vegas.
Our People
Marcus Ellery, Owner
Marcus has been running Bramwell Garage Doors Las Vegas under the Kingswell standard since 2001, which means he’s seen every spring failure, snapped cable, and fried opener board the desert can throw at a door. He’s the one who answers when something on a job doesn’t sit right, and he still rides along on complex installs when schedule allows. His approach to the trade is simple: explain the problem in plain language, put the price in writing before a tool comes off the truck, and stand behind the work for a full year. He’ll talk your ear off about torsion springs if you let him, but mostly he’d rather just fix the door correctly the first time.
Tom R., Lead Technician
Tom has been turning wrenches on garage doors in Southern Nevada for 14 years, and he carries certifications for LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie openers. Torsion springs are his specialty: the heavy coil mounted above the door that handles most of the lifting weight. He can judge a spring’s fatigue by ear when he winds it, a skill you only pick up after thousands of Las Vegas summers. When he’s not on a ladder, he’s restoring a 1968 Mustang in his garage, one that currently has more parts on the floor than under the hood.
Elena V., Senior Installer
Elena leads new door and full-replacement installs, and she’s the one measuring, leveling, and checking clearances before any panel goes up. She’s factory-trained on Clopay, Amarr, and Wayne Dalton products and knows the installation specs for each brand without flipping through the manual. Precision is her thing: if a door is off by an eighth of an inch, she starts over rather than call it close enough. She grew up in Summerlin and is raising two kids who both, somehow, think the garage is where bikes go, not cars.
Devon K., Service Coordinator
Devon is the voice on the phone when you call at noon or 2 a.m., keeping the schedule moving without making anyone feel rushed. He’s been dispatching home-service techs in Las Vegas since 2018 and knows the city well enough to route around the I-15 backup, the airport traffic, or whatever construction has closed this week. He’s the one handing the technician your address, the problem you described, and the arrival window you should expect. On weekends, he’s either hiking Red Rock Canyon or losing badly at his weekly poker game.
Andre P., Apprentice
Andre is the newest member of the crew, two years into learning the trade the right way: watching, carrying, and asking questions before he touches anything with a load-bearing component. He works under direct supervision on every job, shadowing the lead technician and learning the Kingswell way from day one, including the written-price-before-work rule. He was born in North Las Vegas and is working toward his full certification while he finishes wiring a home-automation project in his own garage.
Styles & brands we work with

One Standard, Every Job
We don’t run on guesswork. The Kingswell Way sets five expectations for every truck that leaves our garage: say the price before the work, show up in the window, leave the place cleaner than we found it, put the guarantee in writing, and come back if it fails. That last one isn’t a slogan. It’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it means if a covered repair fails within a year, we return and correct it at no charge. Every technician on this page, from Marcus down to Andre, is background-checked and uniformed, with a name you know before the truck pulls up. The door gets fixed right, and the promise goes in writing. That’s how a Kingswell company operates in Las Vegas, and that’s how this crew works every single day.

AfterWho You’ll See at Your Door
When you schedule a repair or installation with Bramwell Garage Doors Las Vegas, you’ll know who’s coming before they arrive. Our service coordinators give you the technician’s name and a real arrival window, not a four-hour range that leaves you wondering. Tom might arrive for spring work, Elena for a new door, or Andre as an extra set of hands alongside Tom. Whoever it is, they’ll be in uniform, they’ll walk the job with you, and they’ll hand you a written price before anything starts. If the number changes because the job changed, you’ll hear it and approve it before work continues. No surprises at the invoice, and no confusion about what you’re paying for.
Questions Homeowners Ask About Our Team
Are your technicians certified to work on my specific brand?
Yes. Our lead technicians hold certifications from LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie for opener work, and our installers are factory-trained on Clopay, Amarr, and Wayne Dalton door systems. We’re also authorized to service Craftsman and Raynor equipment. If your door or opener falls outside those brands, we’ll tell you before scheduling so you’re never paying for a technician who has to learn your hardware on the spot.
Who actually shows up for a repair call?
It depends on the repair. Spring replacements and opener diagnostics typically go to Tom, our lead technician with 14 years of desert-door experience. New door installations are Elena’s work. Andre, our apprentice, accompanies the lead on most jobs and never works independently. Marcus steps in for complex jobs or anything unusual that comes up. When you book, you’ll get a name and a window, so you know exactly who to expect.
What does your guarantee actually cover, and for how long?
The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers every repair we perform for a full year. If a covered repair fails inside that window, we come back and fix it at no charge. The specific parts and labor included in your guarantee are listed in writing on every job, so ask the technician to walk you through exactly what’s covered and for how long. There’s no fine print that quietly excludes the stuff most likely to break.
Do I pay for the technician’s time even if I decide not to go ahead?
The estimate is free. You’ll get a written price before any work begins, and if you decide to hold off, you owe nothing for the visit. If you do approve the work, the price we write down is the price you pay, and we don’t start until you’ve signed off on that number.
